Hailing from Monilea, outside Mullingar Olivia has a Diploma in Food Quality Assurance, and following this completed a chocolate patisserie course in London with renowned French chocolatier Phillipe Manard. Not content with producing all things chocolate Olivia is a wonderful sugar crafter and superb wedding cake creator.
Setting herself apart from other chocolate makers in terms of quality , design, personal service and breadth of range – having only officially launched her business last April, Olivia is one lady destined for great success with her collection including handmade chocolates in over 7 varieties and fillings, figurines, fun lollipops, 3D chicks, wedding favours and cakes. Olivia is also a valued member of Westmeath Food Network.
