- 2 Mackerel Fillets
- Green Salad
- 2 Tomatoes
- Spring Onion/Scallions
- Brown bread
- Leave the smoked mackerel at room temperature for 20 minutes. This will allow the flavour of the fish to develop.
- Use a little olive oil so the salad leaves stick to the bread then cover with green salad.
- Add flakes of the mackerel and some pieces of onion to the sandwich.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
